Corporate Paralegal

A publicly traded technology company is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its Corporate Governance and Securities team. In this role, you'll work directly alongside Finance, Investor Relations, and senior legal leadership - playing a key part in keeping a high-profile, fast-moving public company operating smoothly and in compliance.

What You'll Do

• Assist with SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Section 16 (Forms 3, 4, and 5), proxy statements, and related disclosures
• Support international securities and exchange filings
• Maintain corporate records and governance documents, including board materials, minutes, and consents
• Assist with equity plan documentation and grant approvals
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and memos
• Provide litigation support, including document collection, organization, and coordination with outside counsel
• Support legal operations initiatives and special projects
• Assist with drafting and review of commercial contracts and NDAs under attorney supervision
• Help manage timelines and project plans for corporate and securities deliverables
