As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Greenville, SC. plant, you will be a Materials Manager.


The Materials Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all materials management activities to ensure the timely availability of raw materials, components, and finished goods. This role oversees inventory control, production material planning, warehousing, and supplier coordination to support manufacturing schedules while optimizing cost, quality, and service levels.

Key Responsibilities (to name a few)

  • Support the development and execution of policies, procedures, and goals for procuring goods and services in alignment with plant and business objectives.
  • Manage purchasing operations to ensure materials and supplies meet defined quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Plan and maintain balanced inventory levels that support production needs while adhering to plant guidelines and working capital goals.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to supervisors and team members to drive performance and longterm capability.
  • Ensure proper selection, application, and availability of products and services to meet the needs of global customers.
  • Oversee and support shipping, receiving, warehouse, and product control activities to maintain efficient material flow.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and system transactions to ensure compliance, data integrity, and operational visibility.

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • 3+ direct reports
  • Has formal supervisory responsibilities; sets priorities for and coaches associates to meet deadlines
  • Has performance management and people development responsibility for associates under their care
About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business or related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of material management experience or supply change management experience
  • Prior supervisory experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP Systems
  • Solid understanding of inventory planning, demand forecasting, and production control.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

  2. Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits beginonthe first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  3. Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  4. 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
  5. Tuition Reimbursement
