Overview

Milton CAT is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to lead the company's Scrap, Waste, and Demolition business line across the territory. This role has corporate-wide responsibility for sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across equipment sales, rentals, and integrated customer solutions. This position is for an experienced, senior sales leader with a proven ability to scale business lines, grow complex territories, and build long-term customer partnerships within a large, multi-location organization. The role combines strategic leadership with direct engagement in key and national accounts, working closely with sales teams, executives, and cross-functional partners.

Salary Range: $130,000 - 150,000 base pay + bonus eligible



Responsibilities

    Lead the corporate sales strategy for the Scrap, Waste, and Demolition business line across all regions.
  • Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and margin performance through disciplined, data-driven execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key and national accounts, supporting complex and multi-location sales initiatives.
  • Partner with regional and field sales leaders to elevate selling capability and scale best practices.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to guide strategic decisions.
  • Leverage CRM and sales analytics to improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance management.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, rentals, service, product support, finance, and marketing to deliver integrated customer solutions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including senior-level leadership in complex, multi-region or enterprise environments.
  • Prior experience in the scrap, waste and demolition industry preferred
  • Proven track record of sustained revenue growth, territory expansion, and new business development.
  • Experience working with key or national accounts and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Highly data-driven, with strong CRM, forecasting, and analytical capability.
  • Excellent communication skills with executive-level presence.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Milton CAT territory as needed.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
