The Corporate Maintenance Director is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Gates Maintenance Management System. This role serves as the company's primary authority on maintenance, ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, regulatory compliance, and return on investment across all manufacturing and distribution assets. This position champions maintenance excellence by driving site organizations to achieve company objectives and execute best-practice, cross-site ("read-across") initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage deep expertise in reliability engineering, along with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, to optimize asset performance and operational efficiency. As a key functional leader, the Corporate Maintenance Director collaborates closely with cross-functional partners, regional leadership, and site maintenance teams to establish consistent systems, processes, and organizational capabilities that ensure reliable asset availability. These efforts will directly support the company's achievement of financial performance and customer satisfaction. This leader is responsible for building alignment among key stakeholders, setting priorities in line with organizational goals, and delivering measurable results through a strategic roadmap that elevates maintenance performance across the enterprise.
