As a Security Officer Access Operations in Collierville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will help manage access control, monitor site activity, and support security-related operations with professionalism and strong communication. In this role, you will remain visible, assist with verifying entry and exit activity, and deliver customer service that reflects our agile, reliable, and innovative approach, with teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture at the core.

Pay Rate: $17.94 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or drivers by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries, checking credentials and authorizations to help support site access requirements at the location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting unusual activity.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, shipping and receiving areas, and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, monitor gates, doors, and/or badge activity, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related issues and operational needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
