Description and Requirements Responsibilities: Responsible for MVA (manufacturing overhead) / CapEx forecast and related gap analysis (vs budget, QTQ, YoY, CTC, etc.) Manage system approvals to ensure CapEx investment / MVA expenses stay within budget and target ranges Partner with key stakeholders in plant for refined cost management, in-depth analysis of manufacturing costs of key models, and driving continuous business optimization process to achieve more competitive manufacturing costs Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of Finance experience Preferred Qualifications: Manufacturing background Strong ability to analyze and solve problems Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills #LI-MM1 We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
