Job description: We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Production Plant Supervisor overseeing department heads and training. Responsibilities: Create efficiency and ensure that quotas are met daily. Act as the point of contact between the business owners and shop staff. Monitor Staff Productivity and Time Management. Trouble Shoot any issues that may arise. Schedule Maintenance and maintain calendar so equipment is ready when needed Research parts and find the best quotes for purchasing. Requirements: Employee time & motion evaluator Comprehension of office management systems and procedures Knowledge of MS Office Truck repair experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Beneficial Skills: Leadership - manager, staff training Exemplary planning and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload High level verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
