The Procurement Manager - Additives is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for a portfolio of chemical additives used across Sherwin-Williams businesses. This role focuses on cost competitiveness, supply continuity, risk mitigation, and supplier performance, while partnering closely with technical, quality, regulatory, and commercial stakeholders. The additives portfolio includes performance and formulation additives such as dispersants, rheology modifiers, defoamers, waxes, biocides, adhesion promoters, and specialty intermediates, many of which are technically complex and supplyconstrained. This role is expected to operate independently within defined category strategies and to lead commercial negotiations, RFQs, and contract execution, while escalating strategic or highrisk issues as appropriate. Additional Information The travel for this position is 20%. This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans. Higgins Rd, Ste 100, Chicago, IL, 60631, and Minneapolis Site 1101 South 3rd Street Minneapolis, MN 55415.
