The Temporary Coordinator for the
TRIO Educational Opportunity Center (
EOC) provides short-term leadership and operational support to ensure continuity of services during a period of transition. This role is responsible for coordinating outreach, student support services, and programmatic functions aligned with the mission of the
TRIO (
EOC) program, which is designed to assist eligible adults and prospective students in accessing and succeeding in post-secondary education.
The Coordinator will support efforts to maintain program integrity, compliance, and participant engagement while assisting the Division of Student Affairs in assessing future program direction and sustainability. |
| Competencies/Knowledge Skills, and Abilities Required in this Position |
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Higher Education, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Experience working with TRIO programs or similar federally funded initiatives preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to serving low-income, first-generation, and underrepresented populations
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
