Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead manual and automated, functional and performance testing efforts across complex enterprise and healthcare systems
  • Develop and execute automated regression suites using tools like Selenium, Autobot, and Functionize
  • Conduct REST/SOAP API testing using Postman, Insomnia, and SoapUI
  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GHA) to support frequent releases
  • Use SQL for backend validation, data setup, and end to end workflow verification
  • Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, product owners, and compliance partners in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Design, maintain, and optimize test cases, test plans, and defect documentation using industry standard (Rally, Jira/Zephyr, HP ALM)
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects through structured root cause analysis
  • Improve QE processes through continuous quality metrics, documentation, and automation first practices
  • Leverage AI assisted productivity tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot) to enhance test design, analysis, and documentation
  • Design and implement AI-powered test automation frameworks

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering on cloud/enterprise platforms, such as AWS and Azure
  • 5+ years of experience in manual and automated, functional and performance testing using industry-standard tools, such as Selenium based frameworks
  • 5+ years of hands-on expertise with standard API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, SoapUI)
  • 5+ years of experience in test management and defect tracking platforms (Rally, Jira, Zephyr, HP ALM, VersionOne)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience with automation first strategy and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Practical experience using AI tools-especially Microsoft 365 Copilot-to improve testing efficiency and documentation quality
  • Solid CI/CD and DevOps experience using Jenkins and GitHub
  • Solid expertise in software testing methodologies, Agile delivery practices, and ability to work effectively in fast paced, cross functional environments
  • Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing
  • Ability to operate in fast paced Agile/Scrum environments with cross functional teams

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
