Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• Experience working in Sage X3.
• StockIQ experience is also helpful.
• Experience in production scheduling, inventory control, and purchasing in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Issue, release, track, and close manufacturing work orders in Sage X3, ensuring accurate bills of material, routings, and material usage.
• Monitor raw materials, workinprocess, and finished goods inventory to maintain optimal inventory levels and support production flow.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Execute purchasing activities including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier followup, and delivery tracking within Sage X3.
• Maintain accurate item master data, lead times, and planning parameters.
• Identify shortages, coordinate expediting efforts, and communicate priorities to minimize production disruptions.
