Pay Rate: $16.40 per hour

Schedule:

• Core hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime may be required
• Start as early as 5:00 AM and work as late as 4:30 PM based on production needs

Gear Up for Success With:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year of assembly, testing, packing, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Blueprint reading experience or training preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Work extended hours when needed

Work Environment

• Manufacturing setting with noise, dust, dirt, oil, and grease
• PPE required including safety glasses, ear plugs, and safety shoes

What You'll Be Hands-On With:

• Move components from staging areas to assembly workstations
• Assemble valve and switch components using procedures, operation sheets, and bills of materials
• Use hand tools, torque drivers, gauges, and testing equipment safely and accurately
• Perform product testing including internal, external, leak, functionality, and quality checks
• Read gauges, flow meters, and power supply displays to verify product quality
• Package completed products according to specifications
• Identify production issues and report concerns to leads or supervisors
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and stop unsafe work immediately
• Support additional production tasks as assigned
