Here's what we're looking for.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations experience
• Experience in electrical equipment, transformer, or industrial manufacturing strongly preferred
• Background in made-to-order, custom, or project-based manufacturing environments
• SAP experience required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer demand, project timelines, and plant capacity
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components
• Partner with engineering and project management to align schedules with technical requirements and milestones
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules for delays, shortages, or priority changes
• Collaborate with international teams, including partners in Italy, to support global production planning and best practices
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with domestic and international stakeholders
• Analyze production data and scheduling performance within SAP
• Communicate schedule updates, risks, and constraints to leadership teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for planning and scheduling processes
