Job Description: Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Project Manager II to join our office in Dallas, TX! Do you bring at least 6 years of successful project management experience in a design-build environment? Do you enjoy working in a fast, fun, inclusive and collaborative workspace? To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management and at least six years of commercial construction experience. Essential to this role is a solid understanding of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Textura, Procore, Building Connected, and Bluebeam, as well as a thorough knowledge of sitework design, building components, and systems. You should also be familiar with estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing. Proven ability to manage multiple project types and complexities is crucial. Effective communication with superintendents, subcontractors, and owner/clients is necessary. Additionally, a minimum of six months of experience in both estimating/preconstruction and fieldwork is required. Some things you can expect to do:
