Role Summary


We are seeking a Vice President to join our Client Relationship Management (CRM) team within Transaction Banking. Client Relationship Managers serve as the primary point of contact for our strategic corporate relationships, with responsibility for shaping and executing the fronttoback client experience. In this role, the Vice President will deliver a bestinclass client experience across payments, receivables, liquidity, and foreign exchange solutions. By collaborating with crossfunctional stakeholders across Coverage, Product, Operations, Risk, and Legal, the role focuses on delivering against client objectives, supporting growth opportunities, and reducing costtoservice.


Responsibilities



  • Deliver measurable impact to client relationships and demonstrate strong ownership, followthrough, and discipline to operate credibly with senior treasury and cash management stakeholders.
  • Serve as the internal champion for your clients, advocating for client needs to prioritize product enhancements, strategic projects, and process improvement activities.
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders (Coverage, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal) to resolve complex queries and execute client initiatives.
  • Develop analysis with transaction volumes, balances, operating performance, product utilization, and client sentiment to identify team and business streamlining opportunities.
  • Analyze, prepare, and deliver client reviews, internal reporting, and other executivelevel presentations as a SME on the front-to-back factors impacting your clients.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and operational business metrics to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.


Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience in finance, client coverage, and/or relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate banking and treasury products and client workflows (ACH, Wire, RTP, FX, liquidity, and connectivity channels).
  • Demonstrated ability to apply analytics and datadriven insights to client discussions and internal stakeholder reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (modeling, pivots, analysis) and PowerPoint (executive storytelling).
  • Experience operating in fastpaced, highaccountability environments.
  • High attention to detail, judgment, and execution discipline with a focus on risk management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with KYC, Onboarding, Implementations for Corporate Banking or other finance related industries.
  • Experience building and/or developing dashboards, reporting, and workflow tools.
  • Comfort working in highly matrixed, crossfunctional teams as an independent and team contributor.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $100000-$235000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
