Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy

  • Platform Mastery:Lead the US strategy for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest. Youare responsible forthe daily "pulse" of the brand across these channels.
  • Trend Harvesting:Identifyand capitalize on viral beauty trends (e.g., "Coquette Beauty," "Glass Skin") within hours of emergence to keep the brand relevant.
  • Social Commerce:Partner with Digital/eCommerce teams to drive "Content to Commerce" initiatives, particularly throughTikTok Shopand shoppable social ads.

2. Influencer Marketing & Advocacy

  • End-to-End Partnerships:Manage the full lifecycle of paid and organic influencer campaigns-from identification and casting to contract negotiation, creative briefing, and ROI analysis.
  • Community Building:Maintain"family-style" relationships with a diverse roster of creators, including professional makeup artists (MUAs), "Skinfluencers," and Gen-Z lifestyle creators.
  • Seeding & PR:Lead large-scale product seeding programs and "unboxing" experiences that drive highEarned Media Value (EMV)and organic brand mentions.

3. Analytics, Reporting & Social Listening

  • KPI Management:Track and report on Share of Influence (SOI), engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion metrics.
  • Competitive Intelligence:Use social listening tools tomonitorcompetitor activity and sentiment, providing actionable insights for the broader marketing team.
  • Budget Oversight:Managea significant portionof the US brand engagement budget, ensuring high efficiency and ROI on influencer spend.

4. Agency Management

  • Manag day-to-day relationships with creative and social agencies, providing strategic direction, feedback, timelines, and approvals to ensure campaigns delivered on brandobjectivesand performance goals.
  • Overseepaid media boosting campaigns across social platforms, including audience targeting, performance monitoring, and optimization to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, ora relatedfield.
  • Experience:3-5+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, ideally withinBeauty, Fashion, or CPG.
  • Platform Expertise:Expert-level knowledge of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and YouTube's long-form content ecosystem.
  • Industry Tools:Proficiencyin tools likeTraackr(influencer management),Dash Hudson(visual marketing),Sprinklr(social listening), andCreatorIQ.
  • Mindset:You must be a "digital native" who lives and breathes beauty culture. The ability to pivot quickly in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment is essential.

Salary Range: 92-128k base + bonus
