skinbetter science was formed in 2016 to establish a new biotech-based paradigm in skincare. Our innovative approach is built on three pillars: a technology pipeline of scientific innovation across multiple skincare categories, rigorous clinical substantiation of the safety and efficacy of the products developed from these novel technologies, and a partnership with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other healthcare professionals in the aesthetic medical community to deliver best-in-class skincare solutions to their patients.

What You Will Do:

As a Marketing Manager for skinbetter science, you will play a key role in managing the most significant market in the world for this growing brand. Reporting to the AVP, you will support the strategy and activations that drive the #3 aesthetics brand in the market.

What We Are Looking For:

* Develop, execute, and lead integrated, engaging, and consistent 360 market activations with cross-functional partners in B2B, D2C channels

* Continue to grow hero franchises by translating analytics to insights and action

* Build, optimize and track commercial offers (promotions)

* Create, organize, and deploy marketing materials for B2B, D2C channels after collaborating with internal partners

* Act as a steward of the brand: ensure that all actions and messages are in line with the sense of purpose while reinforcing the equity

* Define clear messages to present to top management and accompany the teams in the preparation of meetings

* Identify key marketing opportunities to creatively drive brand awareness with maximum impact

* Work closely with the global marketing group to inspire relevant product development and intriguing creative, claims

* Promote the company in a positive light and bring the spirit of partnership to all interactions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

* 5+ years of experience successfully guiding strategic marketing, branding and product management within a consumer goods business. Experience within luxury and/or beauty is strongly preferred.

* Knowledge of the professional skincare market and/or experience within B2B-Medical space is a plus

* Passionate about consumer trends and market needs within skincare

* Creative thinker who challenges the status quo

* Exceptional presentation skills

* Strong organizational skills

* Proven ability to multi-task and manage complexity

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and against tight deadlines

* Must possess a strong sense of image, attention to detail

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to interact effectively and professionally to lead cross-functional departments

* Strong people management experience and must possess leadership capabilities

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
