Manufacturing Operator

THE ROLE:

Our site in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our team.

As a Manufacturing Operator you are an essential part of helping Entegris be part of the Future of Innovation.In this role you will help create, inspect, test, build, and transfer various components throughout themanufacturingprocess. You will follow written Standard Operating Procedures and must be able to notice when processes are going out of specification or need to be adjusted.You will be able to work across multiple departments and work centersassembling parts that are used by our customers to move various chemistries throughout the semiconductor manufacturing process.

As part of the Bloom in Bloomington internship, and with strong performance at the warehouse role,you will get opportunitiesto see other departmentsand meet other leaders outside the warehouse.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Verifies product visually and takes corrective action when necessary.Ensures product is consistent with established specifications.Escalates quality issues as appropriate.Ensureshighestpossible productquality and adherence to the Entegris quality system,ISOand/or other standards.Ensures allproduct ispackagedperpackaging specifications.

• Performs assembly and other operations on various fluid management accessories byutilizingdifferent hand tools and automated equipment.

• Sorts assembled accessories and other components into designated bins andinitiatessanitizingprocedurefor further processing.

• Sets up workstations with componentsrequiredfor assembly process by referencing part instructions and specifications in SAP.

• Performs various operations on the productin accordance withthe work orders and information instructions.

• Finalizes all required paperwork thoroughlyandtimely(i.e.Production Reports, Rack Tickets, Labels,ComponentSheets, Rework Sheets, SAP Transactions etc.).Maintainsaccurateattribute/variablecharts of rejected materials.Conducts variable charts on manufacturing processes and count ofgood productasrequired.

• Utilizeslaser marking equipment for part identification.

• Completes miscellaneoustasks asassigned in support of the larger organization and production goals.

• Integrates on all key business processes to influence customer satisfaction, waste elimination, growth, costeffectivenessand product/system quality.Promotes and implementsuseof continuous improvement tools toeliminatenon-value activities.Participateactively in continuous improvement activities such as 6s, Kaizen events, etc.

• Maintains a clean and safe work area.WearsrequiredPersonal Protective Equipment.Performs duties in a safe manner andobservesapproved safety procedures.Communicates potential hazardsimmediatelyto supervisor.

WHAT WE SEEK:

• Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.

• Good attention to detail; ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry.

• Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools.

• Ability to walk and stand duringentireshiftandlift upto 40 pounds.

• Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools, repetitively twist, bend and reach upward and handle small screws, washers, fasteners,etc

• This role involves working in a clean-room environmentwhich hasadditionalhygiene requirements such as notbeable to useperfumes, colognes, or other strong fragrances.

• Compensation: $19-$22 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
