Hours: M-F 8:30AM-5PM Serves as the executive assistant to the operations director of the Community Psychiatry Program (CPP consists of approximately 230 staff including support, physicians, nurses and clinical staff. Responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of department projects, activities, reports, schedules, collection and management of * Collects and organizes specified data from various sources, which may include departmental heads and subject matter experts, budgetary Specific Duties include: Managing the schedule of the operations director. Coordinating executive meetings Meets with new staff to complete onboarding paperwork. Manages personnel files of all CPP staff. Coordinates CPP grant contract review & sign off Manages HPO Manages CPP parking tickets Serves as POC for all facilities requests Completes ISRs and other staff changes Aids in completion of payroll in JH Works Coordinates as needed with the cashier's office Serves as POC for building management and CPP Salary Range: Minimum 18.87/hour - Maximum 31.35/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
