Here's what it takes to make yours count:

• Have at least 3 years of handyman, maintenance, or general repair experience (preferred).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Can safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Take pride in delivering quality workmanship and completing projects efficiently.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to job sites as needed.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Understand and follow safety procedures and company policies.

Here's what you'll do:

• Perform general maintenance, repair, and handyman services for residential and/or commercial properties.
• Install shelves, drill into concrete, and complete a variety of repair and improvement projects.
• Diagnose maintenance issues and determine effective repair solutions.
• Repair or replace damaged equipment, fixtures, and building components.
• Assemble and install equipment, furniture, and other job-related materials.
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in safe and organized working condition.
• Follow all safety standards, regulations, and company policies while performing work.
• Communicate project status, repair needs, and maintenance concerns as needed.
• Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and professional upon project completion.
