What to Expect Megafactory Texas is looking for a highly motivated individual to lead, support, and manage a team of technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The team will be responsible for low volume equipment/process design and implementation as well as supporting transition from low volume to high volume production which includes line and equipment integration, commissioning and production buy offs. This leader will build a team that can work closely with a motivated and talented cross functional team on multiple projects to support smooth launch and ramp of Megafactory Texas. What You'll Do Align projects to drive department goals by managing operations and driving metrics in critical areas of the Manufacturing floor.Work with engineering and production team, understand the product, process, quality control plan Lead process technicians and production team on process issues analysis and problem solving.Monitor,manageand countermeasure MMS and WIP accumulations.
