A Taste of What You'll Do Step into a leadership role where hospitality meets craftsmanship at Four Roses Distillery. As the Lead Bar Host, you'll bring the brand to life by creating memorable, high-quality guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence behind the bar. You'll serve as both a coach and a role model, guiding your team to deliver exceptional service while upholding the standards that define the Four Roses experience. In this role, you'll oversee the rhythm of daily bar operations-from opening and closing routines to inventory, ordering, and compliance-ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll mentor and support Guest Experience Hosts, helping them develop their skills and confidence while fostering a collaborative, energized team environment. Your ability to lead with positivity and precision will elevate both team performance and guest satisfaction. You'll also play a key part in shaping the bar's offerings and experiences. By partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll help design cocktail programs, test new menu items, and align offerings with marketing initiatives. Whether managing guest feedback, coordinating special events, or driving consistency across locations, you'll be at the center of innovation and execution.
