Quality Manager - NDT Service Lines Job Locations

Position Summary The Quality Manager - Service Lines is responsible for providing corporate-level quality and technical leadership across Acuren's NDT service lines. This position oversees the development, implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of NDT quality programs, procedures, certifications, and technical practices across the organization. The Quality Manager serves as a subject matter expert and Level III resource for multiple NDT methods, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, industry codes and standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality management systems. This role works closely with Operations, Service Line Leadership, Technical Authorities, Training, and Quality teams to implement approved NDT procedures, support technician certification programs, maintain technical excellence, and drive consistency across all regions and business units. This position requires extensive NDT technical expertise, strong leadership skills, procedure development experience, and the ability to effectively communicate and implement quality initiatives across a large, geographically diverse organization. Responsibilities
Develop, review, revise, and approve NDT procedures, techniques, work instructions, and quality-related documentation in accordance with applicable codes, standards, customer requirements, and industry best practices.
