Tenant Service Representative What this job involves: As a Tenant Service Representative at JLL, you'll serve as the vital connection between building occupants and our property management team, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service delivery. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and property teams while managing the day-to-day needs of tenants and maintaining seamless building operations. You'll coordinate service requests through our work order management system, ensure compliance with insurance requirements, and maintain the organizational excellence that keeps properties running smoothly. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and your role in fostering positive relationships between tenants, owners, and JLL will be essential to creating environments where everyone can do their best work. From managing vendor contracts to coordinating property inspections and maintaining critical documentation, you'll be the organizational backbone that enables our property teams to deliver outstanding results. Estimated total compensation for this position: $23.08 - $26.92 USD per hour The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
