We are seeking a Digital Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our Marketing Communications team, which works to grow brand awareness, foster firm culture, and market the firm's expertise. If you have a passion for digital storytelling, content creation, and creative marketing, and you enjoy writing and developing content that connects with audiences, this could be the right role for you.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help tell Dorsey's story across social media, video, blogs, podcasts, and other digital channels while advancing the firm's digital presence through engaging content and fresh ideas.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

- Write, edit, and coordinate content for distribution across the Firm's social media channels, with the goal of driving engagement and raising brand awareness among key audiences to align with the Firm's strategy.
- Work with Graphics to develop creative assets for Dorsey's social media, website, blogs, and podcasts.
- Maintain content scheduling platform and social media content calendar to write and publish timely content that resonates with Dorsey's social audiences and advances Dorsey's content marketing strategy.
- Manage and maintain the Firm's blog platforms, ensuring timely publishing and content accuracy.
- Support in-house podcast production and promotion.
- Produce simple brief videos for the Firm's social media channels.
- Support the Firm's social advocacy initiatives to increase employee engagement and expand content reach.
- Assist with the development, execution, and monitoring of paid social media campaigns to support the Firm's marketing and business development objectives.
- Track and report on social media analytics to support the Firm's social media strategy.
- Support internal communications activities such as LinkedIn training for attorneys and business professionals, newsletters, business professional spotlights, and intranet content.
- Write and edit articles for the Firm's intranet.
- Stay up-to-date with changes and trends across social platforms.
- May perform other duties not listed above.

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing communications, journalism, communications, public relations, or a related degree.
- At least 1-2 years of experience writing content for digital/social media in a professional setting.
- Excellent writing abilities; tight and concise writing style; sharp editing and proofreading skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and informational research skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under intense time constraints.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).

Preferred:

- Familiar with content scheduling, video editing, and analytics tools.
- Experience with SEO, WordPress, blog publishing, and content management systems desired.

The pay range for this position in Minnesota only is $29.44 to $38.10 per hour.

This range represents Dorsey's good faith estimate of likely compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will be dependent upon a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and location and may fall outside of the range indicated.
