Resolve conflicts within the team in the spirit of teamwork in order to ensure high standards of professionalism at all times. Participate in cost improvements in order to satisfy customer needs. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process technician roles. What Sets You Apart: Microsoft Office proficient (Excel/Word). Experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Detail oriented with strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to work individually and as a team player to meet and keep standards and to get the job done. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
