Project Manager I Install Scheduler

PURPOSE

Works with client to manage installation projects by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Responsible for scheduling Standale Home Studio flooring installations.
  • Operate inside of FloorZap to handle digital scheduling, working closely with design staff, estimating, and project management team.
  • Communicate directly with client and builder to ensure for all topics regarding their scheduled installation.
  • Responsible for managing work order accuracy, both addressing needs from designers and 1099 installers.
  • Communicate with design team on accurate lead times for proper expectations during pre-sale.
  • Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data.
  • Other duties as assigned
