The Job at a Glance The Director of Sales, HVAC will lead and develop a national team of Territory Sales Managers responsible for driving growth within the HVAC contractor and distribution markets. This leader will create and execute sales strategies that accelerate revenue growth, expand market share, strengthen customer relationships, and support the long-term vision of the HVAC business. This role is responsible for sales leadership, talent development, territory optimization, performance management, and cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, customer experience, supply chain, and product management teams. The salary range for this role is $94,301.86 -$ 140,874.95 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
