Job Title: Systems Analyst 3

Location(s): Austin, TX

Role Summary
This is a senior-level Systems Analyst / Master Data Management (MDM) Administrator-Developer position focused on enterprise client and provider identity management, data integration, analytics enablement, and data governance within a large health and human services environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead MDM subject matter expert for member and provider identity data.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business/program stakeholders.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into data identity and analytics solutions.
• Perform data profiling, identity resolution, data quality analysis, and data integration activities.
• Develop and maintain master data management solutions using Informatica technologies.
• Create and validate client/provider identity crosswalks across multiple systems.
• Support reporting, analytics, and data visualization initiatives.
• Train non-technical users on master data concepts and tools.
• Establish and promote data governance and data quality practices.
• Support AI-enabled analytics by validating outputs and developing prompt strategies/templates.
• Document processes, standards, and best practices.

Required Technical Skills

• 12+ years Informatica PowerCenter.
• 10+ years Informatica MDM.
• 10+ years business requirements gathering and identity resolution.
• 8+ years advanced SQL (data profiling, analysis, manipulation).
• 8+ years analytics support and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong data integration and master data management expertise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Informatica IICS.
• Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence.
• Data Governance and Data Quality.
• Healthcare, Health & Human Services, Medicaid, or regulated industry experience.
• AI prompt engineering and AI-assisted analytics.
• Organizational MDM leadership and adoption initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Deep MDM architecture and administration experience.
• Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Healthcare or public-sector data domain knowledge.
• Business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Data governance expertise.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience supporting AI-driven analytics initiatives.

Experience Level

• Senior/Lead Level.
• Approximately 10-15+ years of relevant experience expected.
• Strong emphasis on Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica MDM, SQL, data governance, and healthcare data domains.
