We're seeking a proactive Facility Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships while overseeing day-to-day facility operations, vendor management, maintenance coordination, and workplace services.

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage daily facility operations and ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and facility-related concerns
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service activities with vendors, contractors, landlords, and engineering teams
  • Create, track, and manage work orders while ensuring timely completion and follow-up
  • Monitor vendor performance, review proposals and bids, and support contract compliance
  • Review invoices, verify pricing, and facilitate timely payment processing
  • Conduct site inspections and support preventative maintenance programs
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders regarding project status and operational updates
  • Assist with building-specific safety protocols, maintenance procedures, and special events
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure accurate recordkeeping of facility activities



Qualifications



  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, tenant services, office administration, or a related environment
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, maintenance activities, and workplace services
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism
