Role Summary:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who operates beyond traditional recruiting execution to serve as a strategic partner and force multiplier for our TA team. This role is designed for a high-performing recruiter who not only delivers hires but also elevates how hiring gets done.
You will own a targeted requisition load while operating under multi-pronged hiring strategies, proactively identifying talent risks, and attending programs such as hiring events, sourcing campaigns, and other scalable talent initiatives. This individual will influence recruiting outcomes across the team without direct management responsibility, helping shape strategy, improve processes, and increase overall hiring effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and deliver against a requisition load for critical roles while modeling best-in-class recruiting practices
  • Execute multi-channel recruitment strategies (events, sourcing campaigns, referrals, targeted outreach, and grassroots efforts)
  • Act as a team player by coaching and influencing recruiters and cross-functional teams on effective hiring practices
  • Proactively identifying risks, pipeline gaps, and capacity challenges- and developing actionable solutions
  • Partner with hiring managers by bringing clear insights, proposed solutions, and progress updates- not just challenges
  • Maintain consistent communication and drive urgency in the hiring process by actively engaging stakeholders and keeping roles moving forward
  • Leverage available data and tools to build forward-looking hiring plans (3-5 month outlooks), establish operating rhythms, and proactively pipeline talent
  • Build and nurture networks of candidates to stay ahead of hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill
  • Lead talent programs and initiatives end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting strategy
  • Strong program/project management skills with experience leading hiring initiatives or campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
  • Proven track record of proactively solving problems and driving results in ambiguous environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to confidently guide hiring managers
  • Experience using recruiting tools and data to inform decisions and build hiring strategies
