Facilities Technician (Temporary) - Day Shift Join a growing manufacturing team where your hands-on maintenance skills keep operations running smoothly. We are seeking a dependable Facilities Technician for a temporary assignment on a day shift schedule (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working independently. What You'll Do Perform routine building and grounds maintenance, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and general repairs Complete landscaping duties such as mowing, weed control, raking, and site clean-up Conduct facility inspections and identify repair needs Coordinate with vendors and contractors, monitor work quality, and assist with repair projects Support office moves, furniture installation, and facility reconfigurations Assist with maintenance projects, utility tracing, leak detection, and supply ordering Remove snow and ice from walkways and facility areas as needed Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 4+ years of facilities, maintenance, or building operations experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Experience with carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and general building maintenance Ability to safely use hand and power tools Basic plumbing skills are a plus Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Forklift experience is a plus Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Apply Now to bring your maintenance expertise to a dynamic team and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
