As a Security Officer Bike Patrol Associate in West Hollywood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic public location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. In this role, you will interact with the public, support daily operations, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication while reflecting a culture built on agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public-facing location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor public areas for policy compliance, assist with directions and general assistance, and help to address trespassing, loitering, and/or disruptive behavior according to site guidelines.
• Prepare clear, timely reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance-related concerns, and communicate relevant updates with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be able to ride a bike.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• The ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
