  • Make independent technical decisions within established procedures and engineering practices for routine and moderately complex assignments.
  • Conduct inspections, field walkdowns, and quality verifications to ensure completed work meets design intent and quality expectations.
  • Participate in constructability reviews and contribute to identifying opportunities to improve execution efficiency and reduce project risk.
  • Identify potential schedule, quality, safety, and constructability concerns and recommend corrective actions to minimize impacts to project objectives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including field reports, punch lists, change notices, progress updates, turnover packages, and as-built records.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical input regarding construction progress, engineering issues, and resolution plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support resource planning, material availability, and timely completion of construction activities.
  • Ensure work is performed in compliance with applicable safety regulations, company procedures, and industry standards.
  • Support commissioning and turnover activities by verifying completion of assigned systems and documentation requirements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Field Engineers I and other less experienced personnel, promoting technical development and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of field engineering processes, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience
  • University Degree in Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent trade qualification combined with additional technical training and relevant experience.
