Job DescriptionIDS is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer - Journeyman, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to support creative design initiatives across print, digital, branding, and multimedia platforms. This role involves producing high-quality visual content, collaborating with creative teams, and contributing to the development of engaging design solutions aligned with client and brand objectives. Key Duties* Designs and iterates strategic creative solutions across print, branding, UX/UI, social media, video, and digital campaigns * Participates in brainstorming sessions and contributes to idea generation * Assists with research, mood boarding, concept development, and execution of design work * Produces creative deliverables aligned with strategic direction and user/client needs * Communicates design decisions clearly with project teams * Stays current with design trends, tools, and technologies * Participates in customer discovery sessions and takes notes as needed * Organizes and maintains design files with correct structure, naming conventions, and storage procedures * Maintains accountability for timelines and deliverables * Contributes to team culture and collaboration within ADG * Performs other duties as assigned Requirements* Bachelor's degree in a related field * Minimum 3 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above) * Portfolio required * Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly required Compensation
