The general pay scale for this position at MOH is $65,785.19 - $101,207.98 per year. The general pay scale for this position at MOH is . Responsibilities

Job Profile Summary

SCOPE:

Under general supervision assists in the training, initial usage and system upgrades for the iKnowMed EMR. Conducts new hire, on-the-job and refresher training. Assists in troubleshooting issues for all users, including helping users better understand the iKnowMed processes and workflow. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Trains new physician and APP hires, provides on-the-job and refresher training
- Maintains log and follows-up on tickets logged with the iKnowMed Help Desk
- Assists with troubleshooting issues for users in person, via phone and/or email
- Monitors current processes, procedures and workflow to determine areas of improvement and makes recommendations
- Maintains communication with all users to better understand the iKnowMed processes and workflow
- Researches and responds to routine and non-routine inquiries in a timely and professional manner. May obtain assistance to resolve complex inquiries.


Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred. Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, preferably in an oncology environment. Current RN state license with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state. Minimum three years experience working with electronic health records. Excellent communication, planning, presentation and organizational skills. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office required.
