69658 Summary The Jacksonville Assistant Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator serves as an extension of site leadership within an industrial manufacturing environment. This hands-on, onsite role is responsible for driving an injury-free and incident-free workplace through visible floor presence, effective coaching, effective training execution, disciplined execution of EHS management systems, and employee engagement. The Assistant EHS Coordinator supports regulatory compliance, Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) risk reduction, Human Performance Improvement (HPI), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation and sustainability, and environmental stewardship, while partnering closely with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to proactively identify, assess, and control workplace risk. This role requires daily engagement in the production environment and participation across multiple shifts, including off shifts. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
