Unit Highlights Key Responsibilities D.C.'s World Bank Primary Care Office-Non-traditional RN role- As a clinically strong nurse, you will lean on your critical skill sets, be adaptable, open to learning, be a change agent, and be comfortable leading, while working with a team and individually. This office currently has six providers. The ideal nurse will assist with allergy injections, physicals, well visits, and same-day acute appointments, either with the primary care or outpatient schedules. This role includes managing a nurse schedule-pts that will need to be seen for injections, etc. Strong collaboration with providers, clinical education, and training is a must. You will cover other staff when out. This role has room for growth into leadership in the future. You will work closely with the office supervisor, who is guided by the Facility Medical Director and Practice Manager. The position requires an RN willing to provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs-from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
