Here is what you will be doing each day:

1. Review and verify daily Night Audit reports, reconcile revenue activity, and identify discrepancies.
2. Audit promotional, complimentary, discount, and adjustment transactions to ensure proper authorization and documentation.
3. Maintain accurate financial records and support audit compliance through proper organization and retention of accounting documentation in My Digital Office (MDO).
4. Verify purchasing transactions, maintain purchase order records, and ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures.
5. Process approved invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and proper supporting documentation.
6. Establish new vendor accounts in accordance with company credit policies and maintain vendor records.
7. Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements.
8. Support BirchStreet procurement by assisting with purchase orders, resolving system issues, and ensuring timely processing.
9. Maintain procurement records, ensure compliance with purchasing policies, coordinate with vendors and department leaders, and support the Director of Finance with purchasing operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appears and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to compile facts and figures. Ability to operate personal computer and calculator.
