Information and Data Management Support Specialist (IDM2) Early-career Data Management professional experienced with performing data management functions to support the Space Nuclear Propulsion (SNP) Project at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) on the MSFC CDM contract. SNP is a development project to determine the feasibility of nuclear propulsion engines for deep space exploration. This position will be part of an existing Configuration & Data Management team supporting tasks such as managing data deliverables, change package, processing, and related administration tasks. SharePoint will be used to support the change management process and maintain the program baseline and deliverables, and the Atlassian project management suite (especially Confluence and Jira) will be used to supplement SharePoint. In addition, assisting in the development of Project Change Board (PCB) presentations, managing action tracking, and other tasks in support of managing SNP data products and change management are key tasks. Successful implementation requires initiative and flexibility to meet program milestones as well as an understanding the principals of CDM. Attention to detail and ability to work under existing CDM Functional Lead is key. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
