We're actively seeking a talented Sr Copilot Studio Engineer II to join our BPM Enablement Platform team in Charlotte, NC or Newport Beach, CA. This role will work onsite four days per week and enjoy flexible work-from-home options on designated flex days. To further support the employee experience, Pacific Life provides complimentary parking and catered lunch while working in the office. As a Sr Copilot Studio Engineer II, you'll provide critical support and leadership for our business partners and other IT teams across all Pacific Life divisions. This is a hands-on developer role for an experienced Copilot Studio expert who can also serve as a consultative partner to business stakeholders. In this role you will lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade Copilot Studio agents and integrations, establish reusable patterns and standards, and help drive responsible adoption aligned to Pacific Life governance and SDLC practices. #LI-DW1 Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
