Job Summary:
The Contract Administrator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business processes to ensure operational efficiency, financial performance, and alignment with organizational goals. The Contract Administrator serves as a key liaison between key customer account stakeholders, leadership and operational teams, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into actionable plans. Job Duties:
* Validates parts and other local cost are accounted for accurately in customer and Unifi CMMS systems
* Create and review customer invoices to ensure all costs, revenue and contractual obligations are met
* Ensures chargeable parts and service costs are billed properly to customer invoices.
* Regional and field support needs that ensure contract performance outcomes
* Manage customer relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customers service delivery expectations are met
* Represent our team culture that empowers employees to succeed through our leadership engagement and company support.
Qualifications:
* Operational CMMS systems data entry experience
* Must have excellent organizational skills and data transfer accuracy
* 2+ years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or data and systems related roles.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Must be able to read and speak the English language clearly.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Legally authorized to work in the United States
* Must be able to pass required background checks and drug screening.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
