ROLE OVERVIEW: (summary of components that make up the job) The form setter constructs built-in-place or prefabricated wooden and/or metal forms for the construction of concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters and other concrete structures. DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES (summary of components that make up the job)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (minimum educational, experience, or other relevant job requirements) 1. A valid Driver's License is preferred. 2. Must have basic carpentry skills. Previous construction industry experience preferred. 3. Must be able to read construction plans. 4. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
