We design, develop, and manufacture a variety of facade systems, interior wall and ceiling systems, custom art installations on a full range of state-of-the-art equipment, in our 100,000 sf facility. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the Technical Services Specialist provides technical expertise and field support for Arktura systems by advising customers, contractors, and internal teams on product specifications, installation methods, and issue resolution. The incumbent contributes to successful project execution and sales growth by delivering practical installation solutions, supporting training efforts, and providing actionable feedback to product development and engineering teams.
