Pay Range DOE: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (This is a temp-to-hire with the eligibility of full-time permanent placement.)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Quality Control Manager! If you have experience with UL certifications, electronics manufacturing standards, and love leading teams and making things better every day-we want to hear from you. Join us in shaping high-performance products that meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and compliance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:




  • Oversee meticulousquality inspectionsfor PCBs, electronic assemblies, and precision sheet metal parts.



  • Own quality documentation-control plans, work instructions, specs, and compliance records.



  • Lead investigations into non-conformances-driveroot cause analysisand deploy smartCAPA solutions.



  • Track, analyze, and report keyquality metricslike yield, defect rates, and customer returns.



  • Inspire and coach a dynamic QA team-build a culture ofcontinuous improvement and quality ownership.



  • Champion ourQuality Management System (QMS)-keeping us aligned withISO 9001, UL, and customer-specific requirements.



  • Lead the charge onUL certifications(UL 94, UL 508A, etc.) for everything from components to finished products.



  • Keep us audit-ready with proactiveinternal and external auditprep and execution (ISO, UL, and customers).





QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:



  • A degree in Quality Management or a related technical field preferred, but not required.
  • CQA certification (Certified Quality Auditor) is preferred.



Experience:



  • Must have PCB experience
  • 5+ years of QA/QC experiencein electronics Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing, including5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 practices as well as understandingISO 9001standards.
  • Hands-on experience managing UL certifications (UL 94 flammability, UL 508A control panels, etc.).
  • Experience with root cause analysis.

  • ERP and QMS software proficiency is preferred.



  • Experience in high-reliability electronics is preferred.





OTHER:



  • Deep knowledge of IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600) and familiarity with RoHS compliance
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Inspection of Precision sheet metal components and assemblies to detailed drawings or file.
  • Knowledge of theDMT / DFRprocess along withRMAprocessing.
  • Ability to perform Root Cause analysis and provide data to support findings.
