  • Provide administrative and operational support to multiple advisor teams in a fast-paced wealth management environment.
  • Prepare, review, edit, and format confidential client correspondence and business documents.
  • Manage document workflows including scanning, indexing, electronic filing, archiving, and record maintenance across multiple systems.
  • Assist with preparation of travel expense reports, billing allocation reports, and administrative reconciliations.
  • Process time-sensitive quarterly client tax payments while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and easily accessible.
  • Support advisors and internal teams with administrative projects and operational tasks as assigned.
  • Prioritize multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Follow established procedures for handling confidential and sensitive financial information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and support operational efficiency.
