SharePoint Developer Washington DC Annual Salary: 130,000 MUST: Experienced Sharepoint Developer Must possess Active TS/SCI Possesses a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience. Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university Previously completed CI Poly is preferred The CI Poly will be provided if not already completed DUTIES: Formulate, implement, and manage advanced IT strategies for web design and development, including evaluating current IT capabilities, identifying gaps, and recommending actionable solutions to enhance operational efficiency and enable innovation. Provide expert-level SharePoint and web development expertise, developing dashboards and workflows, managing front-end services including website/web page creation, permission groups, site administration, template creation, and solution creation. Recommend best practices, troubleshoot issues, maintain knowledge of platform upgrades, and provide strategic guidance to leadership on the execution of key IT initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to create IT roadmaps, define project scopes, align initiatives with business goals, and mentor junior team members to foster continuous improvement within the IT organization.
