Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: New York, NY 10016

Duration: 6months

Work Mode: Hybrid Schedule (Remote Monday & Friday, working in office Tuesday -Wed- Thursday).

Hours: . 8:30am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week

Job Overview:

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and AI-curious Recruiting Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional candidate and hire team experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is excited about how emerging technologies including AI can improve recruiting operations, coordination, and communication.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end recruiting process by coordinating interviews, managing scheduling logistics, maintaining recruiting systems, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders. You'll also can explore and adopt new tools and AI-enabled solutions that help streamline processes and enhance efficiency across Talent Acquisition.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, calendars, and time zones
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and attention to detail
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with interview logistics, scheduling changes, and process coordination, including offer letters
  • Maintain accurate candidate and interview data within applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
  • Assist with recruiting operations, reporting, documentation, and process improvements
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams to support hiring initiatives and recruiting events
  • Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI tools, and process optimization
  • Stay curious about emerging recruiting technologies and contribute ideas that enhance team effectiveness and candidate experience



Required Skills:

  • Basic Excel knowledge required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and productivity.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
