About the Role

In the Quality Assurance Sanitation position, you'll work closely with your team to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality. You'll be involved in both lab testing and blending operations, playing an important role in every step of the production process.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of technical work, teamwork, and staying active throughout the day.

What You'll Do:


  • Receive, organize, and manage raw materials in inventory
  • Transport ingredients and prepare blends according to established procedures
  • Mix syrup ingredients and run control tests to ensure quality and consistency
  • Unload liquid sweetener deliveries safely and efficiently
  • Prepare and sanitize equipment, including batch tanks and production lines
  • Perform laboratory testing, including bacteriology, CO, and HPLC testing
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production processes, making adjustments when needed
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and test results
  • Support water treatment systems, including RO monitoring and backwashing
  • Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and GMP standards at all times
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and audit-ready
  • Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors


What You'll Bring:

  • Has a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Is comfortable with basic math and working with chemicals
  • Communicates well and can follow both written and verbal instructions
  • Has computer experience (helpful, but not required)
  • Is able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 55 lbs regularly and up to 75-100 lbs occasionally
  • Can stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs throughout the shift
  • Is open to working overtime as needed (up to 64 hours per week)
  • Enjoys learning, problem-solving, and working as part of a team
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
  • Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
