Ryerson is offering an opportunity to be a Sales Engineer on the Ryerson Advanced Processing office in Charlotte, NC. This position will be critical in selling and providing excellent customer experiences to our metal fabrication accounts. Ryerson is a leading distributor and processor of metals in North America. Headquartered in Chicago, we operate service centers in cities across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Ryerson offers an unparalleled range of products, leading processing and fabricating capabilities, a broad geographic reach, and an established commitment to superior service. Experienced in aspects of Customer Service. Understands purchasing and can manage multiple vendors and inventory on a detailed level. Skilled communicator with proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office (excel, word, and email). Highly organized and able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure and deadlines. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for daily interaction with customers' needs via phone and email. This role will collaborate with multiple internal and external sources to service and execute our customer's needs. Also, this role will understand and communicate current processing vendor trends and customer feedback. All while focusing on providing a premier service for the highest valued accounts within the Ryerson account portfolio. | |
